Lewis Capaldi continues his comeback with a heartfelt live performance of ‘Something in the Heavens,’ directed by Huse Monfaradi. Set in in the iconic Abbey Road Studio 2, Lewis contemplates love and loss with his signature passionate style.
“I wanted to create an atmosphere that allowed Lewis to do what he does best, deliver an incredible and emotive live performance”, comments director Huse Monfaradi. “Shooting on film, handheld, in one take, seemed like a natural extension of this approach.”
Huse’s experience collaborating with renowned artists made him an ideal fit for the project, having worked with the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Paolo Nutini, and Michael Kiwanuka.
Huse’s latest short ‘One Punch’ about a misguided young prisoner who confronts his overwhelming guilt when he is visited by the compassionate parents of the boy he killed is currently on the festival circuit, having recently screened at HollyShorts and now been submitted for BAFTA consideration.
