Kart-Racing Naan Chaos Heats Up with Stonefire Speedway

For the first time, naan just happens to be a collectible item in everyone’s favourite kart-racing game.

Stonefire, American’s #1 naan, is taking gaming and snacking into new territory with the launch of Stonefire Speedway, the first unofficial track in your favourite kart-racing game.

The objective is simple: collect naan in the open-world map as fast as possible.

Stonefire Speedway is part of an integrated campaign developed by Zulu Alpha Kilo New York (Z.A.K. NY), launched late summer and running across streaming, social and digital, and other cultural activations. The work taps into the truth that people want the real thing even if they’re not eating it the traditional way.

The track debuted October 2 on Twitch with creators Faze Rug and Clix, and continued with Loeya, who, along with their friends, put their skills to the test in front of their fans. Hundreds of thousands tuned in to watch the chaos unfold as they raced to collect the naan the fastest.

But the race is far from over. Fans are now invited to take on the Stonefire Speedway challenge themselves, collecting naan at top speed and submitting their times to a global leaderboard for bragging rights and proof that victory tastes best in a delicious, fluffy, teardrop shape.

The overall winner after three weeks of competitive speedrunning will also take home the ultimate power-up, free naan every week for an entire year.
