

INNOCEAN has won a total of 12 accolades including one Best of the Best, at the world-renowned Red Dot Design Awards in Germany.
INNOCEAN secured the Best of the Best distinction in the Film Craft category with Hyundai Motor’s ‘Night Fishing’ campaign, once again proving its outstanding creative capabilities on the global stage. The Best of the Best is awarded just below the Grand Prix and carries exceptional significance and prestige.
Night Fishing is the first branded content in Korea to be formally released in theaters, presented in a “snack movie” format. With its fresh concept, high-quality direction, and unconventional promotional approach, the film drew widespread attention from both the industry and the public upon release. Beyond the Best of the Best in Film Craft, the campaign also received a main award in the Content Marketing category, further solidifying its creative excellence.
Another Hyundai Motor project, ‘Mobilet (Mobile+Toilet)’, also won a main award in the Digital Campaign category. Released on April Fool’s Day, the campaign leveraged generative AI to bring the humorous concept of a “self-driving toilet” to life across a range of digital content, earning high praise from the jury.
A standout achievement this year was the recognition of INNOCEAN’s own CSR initiative, ‘Life-saving Bathhouse’, which received awards in both the Spatial Communication and Retail Design categories. The project had already been honored with a Best of the Best at the Red Dot Product Design awards earlier this year.

‘Life-saving Bathhouse’ campaign transformed a 27-year-old public bathhouse in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province into a safer facility for elderly residents. Beyond simple remodeling, the project incorporated customer experience design based on users’ daily habits and safety needs, creating meaningful everyday experiences that impressed the judges.
Other winning projects include Shinsegae Department Store’s media art content Timeless Moment, Hanwha Group’s corporate PR campaign Greener Solutions at Sea, and Samsonite Red’s Butter and American Tourister ROLLIO campaigns—demonstrating INNOCEAN’s creative impact across a diverse range of industries.
The Red Dot Design Award is recognized as one of the world’s top three design honors alongside the U.S. IDEA and Germany’s iF Design Award. Each year, it highlights groundbreaking products and projects across Product Design, Brands & Communication Design, and Design Concept.
