Leading production and post-production company Format, known for its high-calibre work across commercial, social, and branded content, announced the addition of two new strategic sales representation partners: Karen Lewellen, covering national markets, and Jack Reed, overseeing Texas and surrounding Southeast regions.
This expansion marks a significant step in Format’s evolution from an East Coast powerhouse to a nationally positioned creative force.
“Bringing Karen and Jack into the fold is more than just an expansion of territory - it’s an expansion of opportunity,” said Nic Reader, founder at Format. “Their experience, relationships, and belief in what we’re building will help accelerate Format’s presence in markets we’ve long admired. The potential for growth is massive - and we’re ready for it.”
With a proven track record of success across agencies, brands, and entertainment partners, Lewellen and Reed will play key roles in introducing Format’s signature blend of elevated visuals, high-end editorial, and streamlined solutions to new clients and collaborators nationwide.
“Format has spent years building trust and momentum with agencies on the East Coast,” added executive producer Mike Gualtieri. “We’ve been very calculated in our growth and to now be able to take that success and present it on a broader national stage is incredibly exciting. We’re more than ready to show the rest of the country what Format can do.”
Format’s expanded representation has already kicked into gear, with Karen and Jack already fielding inquiries for collaborations spanning broadcast, digital, and social campaigns.
