Cossette has reinforced its creative leadership in Western Canada with the appointment of Jordon Lawson as group creative director, a key addition that reflects the agency’s commitment to best-in-class creative talent and the acceleration of its national creative momentum.
With ten years at Rethink, Jordon has built a reputation for strong conceptual thinking, meticulous craft, and a deep understanding of how impactful ideas shape brands. His work reflects a balance of strategic clarity and creative ambition — qualities that will contribute meaningfully to Cossette West’s continued growth.
“Jordon brings a focus and dedication to the work that aligns perfectly with where Cossette is headed,” said Robyn Smith, VP, general manager at Cossette West. “What stands out about Jordon is his commitment to building brands through ideas that are thoughtful, timely and beautifully executed. He doesn’t hesitate to roll up his sleeves and make ideas happen, which is a quality that will serve our clients well.”
In his new role, Jordon will support a range of clients, including McDonald’s, Tourism Yukon, Coast Capital, Curling Canada, BCLC, Granville Island Brewing, and others — while also contributing to national mandates in collaboration with Cossette’s creative teams across Canada.
“I see Cossette as a home for the kind of thinking the industry needs next,” said Jordon Lawson. “The brands and the team here are ambitious, curious, and hungry to make work that moves faster and shifts both culture and business. Building with people who share that drive is exactly why I’m excited to join.”
Jordon's appointment underscores Cossette’s dedication to strengthening senior creative leadership across the country and amplifying the agency’s presence heading into 2026, with further investments in talent and capabilities on the horizon.
