Kimmy Dalton joins Another Thing after building her career at agencies including Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Barton F. Graf, Wieden+Kennedy, and most recently MullenLowe

Independent creative agency Another Thing has hired Kimmy Dalton as managing director, a key leadership hire that arrives on the heels of significant new business wins and a milestone first year in the market.

Kimmy joins Another Thing after building her career at some of the most creatively influential agencies, including Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Barton F. Graf, Wieden+Kennedy, and most recently MullenLowe where she served as head of account management of the Boston office. Known for her belief in the power of partnership and her ability to champion work that delivers equally for clients and creative teams, Kimmy has stewarded some of the industry’s most celebrated campaigns, including KFC’s rotating ‘Colonel Campaign,’ which she helped lead for five years, Travel Oregon’s ‘Only Slightly Exaggerated,’ the award‑winning Miyazaki‑inspired animated films, and the award-winning Dead Mouse Theater work for Tomcat. Kimmy’s early‑career contributions to the pitch that birthed Hotels.com’s Captain Obvious, sparked her lifelong love of bold creative ideas.

“The opportunity to build a different kind of agency is a dream come true,” said Kimmy. “Clients have changed and as agency partners, we have to work with them differently - more closely than ever before. We’re ready to make some waves in this crazy industry with what we are building together.”

Kimmy’s arrival comes as Another Thing secures a series of new business wins, including Rōti fast‑casual restaurants (owned by Edible Arrangements), Navan travel platform and Pure Protein along with a few others yet to be announced - all with work to come in 2026. These brands join an expanding roster that already includes Shake Shack, Planet Fitness, Nanit, Betterment and Mike’s Hot Honey, which the agency launched the brand’s first national campaign this past summer.

“Kimmy embodies the type of innovative leader who lifts the creative bar while building genuine partnerships - both internally and externally,” said Chris Pape. “Part of what we’re building is a new model that embeds deeply with client-side internal agencies. There’s no better, more collaborative person than Kimmy to create this new model. Her track record speaks for itself; she has driven some of the most culturally loved campaigns of the last decade. Bringing her into the fold not only strengthens our leadership bench alongside Nick Kaplan and Mike Cassell, it further fuels the momentum of what has been an extraordinary first year for the agency in terms of output and growth.”

Kimmy will oversee agency operations and client partnerships across Another Thing’s growing portfolio, helping chart the agency’s next phase of expansion.
