FCB London’s C-suite will find roles at AMV BBDO as Omnicom continues to implement its merger with IPG.
Katy Wright is set to become chief client and business officer at AMV BBDO, while chief strategy officer Ben Jaffé will become deputy CSO and chief creative officer Owen Lee will become creative president, AMV BBDO confirmed this week.
This reshuffle follows Omnicom’s acquisition of IPG which was completed at the end of last year.
IPG creative agencies FCB London and MullenLowe UK have since merged into AMV BBDO.
Katy joined FCB London when it was still FCB Inferno as managing partner in 2013, working her way up to become managing director in 2021 and CEO in 2022.
Both Ben and Owen joined FCB London in 2012. Ben initially joined as lead strategist, becoming strategy director in 2014 before being promoted to head of strategy in 2016 and CSO in 2021.
Owen joined as executive creative director, later being promoted to CCO in 2015.
At FCB London Ben and Owen were responsible for Andrex’s ‘Get Comfortable’ campaign, and also created campaigns for Skoda, Quickbooks, Home Office, Intuit and Think!
Now at AMV BBDO Ben will report to CSO Jo Arden while Owen reports to the agency’s CCO’s Nadja Lossgot and Nick Hulley.
