9Letters Appoints Kaya Wiggens as Director of Client Services

Vancouver-based independent agency 9Letters has appointed Kaya Wiggens as its new director of client services.

Kaya joins 9Letters from Partners & Hawes, where she led major branding, marketing and communications projects for organisations including Cranbrook Tourism, BC Parks, City of Dawson Creek, District of Houston, and Nanaimo Prosperity Corp.

Kaya’s two decades of experience in branding and integrated marketing also includes senior client-side roles including at UBC Athletics and BCLC as well as agency-side leadership positions at Cossette and Camp Pacific working with clients like Destination BC, BC Ferries, UVIC, MTS (now Bell MTS), and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
