The Account Supervisor’s primary responsibility will be to manage and support day-to-day project operations by Client, creative asset management, and execution with the oversight of a senior lead, while establishing strong relationships with agency partners (IAT) and clients. The Supervisor candidate must be extremely organized, able to to execute details like a BCR, Client Status, Agency Status, day-to-day project lead and helping manage projects through studio. There’s also a big opportunity to stretch up and play that Account Director role - senior management of projects with Clients.
You’ll report to the VP, Growth and also dotted line to the two owners and founders - Devon Williamson and Michael Murray
This is a remote position. However you may be expected to attend client meetings within the GTA to build influence and relationships (one to two times per month).
Responsibilities:
Strategic and creative collaboration with internal teams including Creative, Planning and Production.
Lead elements of campaign deliverables independently with selective oversight of senior account lead.
Champion agency understanding of competitive landscape, competitive ad reviews, program assessments & marketplace trends, news and reports.
Collaborate with Creative Team; ensure adherence to strategy and client/brand standards as well as feedback.
Lead weekly status meetings (internally and with client).
Develop and deliver tactical briefs and post reports.
Creative production collaboration w/integration partners.
Guide and oversee assigned project budgets.
Provide input, consultation and cooperation with other agency and client partners.

Tactical Responsibilities:
Must be able to deliver / execute the following tactics: Agency / Client BCR, timelines, status reports, help with costing and hours budgeting / SOW, digital and broadcast trafficking, light resource management
